Judy Carlson
Judy's love of nudibranchs inspired her to start making glass beads in addition to her work in TV makeup. She met Roger at the Redondo Beach King Harbor cleanup, they were engaged in Cozumel, and returned there for their honeymoon.
Judy shoots a Sony HC7 vdieo camera in a seatool
housing, and in the past shot an Olympus 5050 in an Olympus
housing, with an Ikelite DS125 strobe on a manual slave
controller, and a collection of Nikonos cameras.

Your humble webmaster, my day job is building a telescope.
I mainly shoot Olympus SLRs in an Olympus housings, with
dual Ikelite DS125 strobes on manual EV controllers, after
using an Olympus 5050, a collection of Nikonos cameras and
an Olympus 3040 in an L&M Tetra housing.
Scott Gietler
Scott moved from New York City to Los Angeles in 2003, got
certified, and has done 2-3 dives a week ever since. His
favorite places to dive are Bali, Anilai and California.
He got married in Singapore in 2007 to his favorite dive
buddy Penny, and works for a hedge fund when he's not underwater.
Scott also runs the web sites
Underwater Photography Guide and www.ladiving.org. Scott shoots with a Nikon D300 & two Inon Z240s.
Randy Harwood
Randy Harwood has been SCUBA diving since 1975 and has been photographing the marine environment for over 20 years. Diving all over the world, he has visited Mexico and Latin American, many of the islands in the Caribbean , Hawaii, Fiji, Micronesia, the Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Republic of the Maldives, French Polynesia, the Phillipines, Africa and Australia. He regularly dives in California and still considers the kelp forests of California a favorite dive destination.
Active in the Los Angeles Underwater Photographic Society for over 20 years, he has served as the Society President for almost 8 years.
Randy’s “Underwater World” calendar has been in continuous publication since 1986. He has contributed numerous photographs and articles to books, advertising media and magazines, including “Outdoor Photographer”, “SCUBA World”, Rodales “SCUBA Diving”, “Outdoor California” and many more. Randy's day job is as a dentist in the South Bay.
Randy shoots a Nikon D200 in a Nexus housing, and
formerly used a Nikonos RS.
Jeff and Anastasia Laity
Jeff and Anastasia have been diving together regularly since their marriage in 2003, mostly in Southern California. Jeff shoots stills with a Canon 5D in an Ikelite housing; Anastasia goes for moving pictures with a Sony HC3 in a Light & Motion housing. Anastasia is a NAUI Divemaster, and also a huge nerd who keeps her dive log online.

Lyle
Jim is a retired chemistry professor, can ID any fish, and
has the lowest air consumption of any known mammal.
Jim shoots an Olympus E-330 in an Ikelite housing, with
dual Ikelite DS125 strobes, after having taken an Olympus
5050 and an Ikelite Aquashot on hundreds of dives and
around the world. Jim has the Olympus 7-14mm, 14-54mm, and
Sigma 100mm macro lenses.

I'm pretty sure Walter shoots video, because the pictures
at that link move.
Matt Segal
Matt is the current administrator for the underwater
photography community Wetpixel.com and shoots a
Canon 1Ds Mark III in a Seacam housing with Ikelite
strobes.
Frank M.
Virga
Frank is a veterinarian and PADI certified Assistant
instructor who has been diving the waters of the channel
islands since 1969. Frank began underwater imaging with
video photography and then moved exclusivley to still
photography with the acquisition of a Light and Motion
Tetra housing for the Olympus 3030 camera.
Currently Frank's equipment consists of a Light and
Motion Titan housing, Nikon D100 Digital SLR and dual Sea
& Sea YS90DX strobes. Lenses for the Nikon D100 include
Nikkor 60mm Micro, Nikkor 12-24mm wide angle, Sigma
28-80mm, Sigma 80-300mm.

Carol & Bruiser strive to violate airline carry-on
luggage weight restrictions around the world. Bruiser is a
Canon 5D in a Sea & Sea housing, with dual Ikelite DS
-125 strobes on 2 x 2 x 12" ULCS super buoyancy arms. Carol
is a consultant, helping electric utilities evaluate their
energy efficiency programs.
